Presidential First of the Day: Last week, while “scooting around Hawaii,” President Obama donned flip-flops, becoming the first President to be spotted in public “wearing nothing more than a flimsy strip of rubber on his feet.”

Not surprisingly, Fox Nation has a problem with this.

This is funny.

I want to understand why this is news. A new low in journalism when we start critiquing our president’s attire while he’s on vacation. I’d be much more shocked had he worn a suit. 

I agree with that. I found it funny that anyone would take time to criticize him for wearing flipflops when there are so many other things that are a million times more important.
